DR. BRENT HERRON

MD, MS, MBA

Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Herron graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with his bachelor’s degree in Biology. Then went on to get his master’s degree in Physiology before going to Medical School at Drexel in Philadelphia. During Medical School Dr. Herron received another graduate degree in healthcare administration before going to residency in Las Vegas and becoming board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Herron believes in integrative primary care and treating every patient with respect and taking the time to truly listen and get to know his patients. Outside of Medicine Dr. Herron is very active outdoors with his wife and two daughters. Cycling, triathlon, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family is what he spends his free time on.

DR. RACHEL STOLLEY

DNP
With nearly two decades of dedicated service as an Advanced Practice Nurse, Dr. Rachel Stolley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every patient interaction. Graduating from the esteemed United States Air Force Academy in 2000, she committed to excellence led her to pursue a Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2002.
During her commendable 7-year tenure in the Air Force, she served as a Nurse Practitioner, predominantly specializing in Internal Medicine. This period not only honed her clinical skills but also instilled in her the values of discipline, integrity, and service to others.
Continuing her quest for knowledge, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Alabama in 2017, with a focus on diabetes education. This academic pursuit underscores her dedication to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements, ensuring the highest standards of care for her patients.
Since relocating to Colorado in August of 2019, she has proudly served as an NP at Redwood Medical, where she is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to every individual she encounters.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel is a devoted spouse to a retired Air Force veteran of 24 years and a proud parent of two teenage boys. In her leisure time, she finds solace in the pages of a good book and cherishes moments spent immersed in the beauty of the outdoors.
As an NP, Rachel’s greatest joy stems from empowering patients to achieve optimal health and well-being through personalized, high-quality care. She is deeply committed to fostering lasting relationships built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to wellness.

KRISTIN M. RINN

DNP
Kristin M. Rinn is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in family medicine with an emphasis on women’s health, menopause, and geriatrics.

She has treated patients with chronic diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and patients with acute illness. She also enjoys educating her patients on preventative medicine, such as health screenings, diet, and exercise, and managing chronic conditions. Before working in family medicine, Kristin worked with urgent care patients. She has her Doctorate in Clinical Nursing.

She originally grew up and completed her undergraduate education in Virginia. After which, she moved to Colorado at age 22 and has lived here ever since. Kristin received her Master of Science in Nursing / Family Nurse Practitioner in 2006 from the University of Colorado. Subsequently, she obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015 from the University of Colorado. Kristin has worked in urgent care and primary care for 18 years. 

She has a passion for preventative health care and believes strongly in a healthy diet, exercise, and mental and spiritual health to improve health status and avoid illness. She has a focus on improving health through diet, exercise, vitamin and nutrient supplementation and hormone optimization.

DR. KATHLEEN ADAMS

DNP, FNP-C
Dr. Kathleen Adams is a dedicated medical provider with extensive expertise in cardio and a strong focus on preventive care across various specialties.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, one of the top nursing schools in the country. She pursued her graduate education at Texas Christian University, transitioning from BSN to DNP with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
Specializing in weight loss, orthopedics, thyroid, cardiac, women’s health, aesthetic injectables, and preteen healthcare, she offers personalized, evidence-based treatments.
Her favorite aspect of primary care is its potential for preventive intervention, informed by her experience in acute care settings. Dr. Adams prioritizes building strong patient relationships and crafting individualized treatment plans to prevent hospitalizations and improve overall well-being.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Adams leads a fulfilling life, sharing it with her husband and beloved pup. She enjoys board games, baking, movie-watching, crocheting, reading, and hiking, reflecting her diverse interests and creativity.

JAMIE HANOSH

MSN, FNP
Jamie Hanosh is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who prioritizes providing patients with a positive and efficient healthcare experience. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with honors at Regis University in Denver after 18 years as an RN in Orthopedics. Jamie’s transition to Nurse Practitioner was driven by her desire to build strong patient relationships and focus on preventive care.
Specializing in diabetes management, hypertension, weight loss, women’s health, anxiety, and depression, Jamie is committed to comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. She is board certified through ANCC and is a proud member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Outside of work, Jamie cherishes time with her family, especially her fun-loving 6-year-old. She loves traveling with her loved ones, particularly beach vacations, and her favorite beach destination is K’waii in Hawaii. As a Colorado native, Jamie enjoys outdoor activities when the weather permits, but she also finds solace curled up with a good book when indoors. Jamie is excited to be a part of Redwood Medical and provide holistic care to the community members of Castle Rock and surrounding areas.

Diana has over 3 years’ experience as an aesthetician and her expertise and knowledge merges artistry and beauty in every skincare experience. When she is not working she’s enjoying time with her family and/or outdoors. Diana specializes in a variety of modalities to enhance your glow, including: Neurotoxins, Lip Fillers, Radio Frequency Microneedling, CO2 Lasers, Chemical Peels & other advanced treatments.

BRIAN FLICKINGER

APN, PMHNP-BC

Brian Flickinger is a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. His journey includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colorado State University, a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Georgia Southern University. Inspired by years of work in various clinical settings, he pursued additional training to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since then, Brian has helped thousands of individuals navigate mental health challenges and complex life transitions.

A proud Colorado native, Brian loves spending time outdoors snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and hiking. He’s a music enthusiast who attends as many live concerts as possible—especially at Red Rocks—and a dedicated fan of Colorado sports (though his fantasy football team is another story). When he’s not exploring new places or meeting interesting people, he cherishes time with family and close friends.

Brian takes an eclectic approach to care, combining psychiatric medication management with supportive and solution-focused therapy. His goal is to help each patient overcome challenges, grow as a person, and rediscover the best version of themselves.

JOCELYN CAVENDER

MS, PA-C
Jocelyn is a physician assistant who graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in 2008. Initially trained in emergency medicine, she fell into urgent care and occupational medicine after managing care for patients in Afghanistan. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jocelyn recognized the increasing need for mental health services. She believes in giving patients the tools that evidence based medicine provides and empowering the patient to make the best decision for their healthcare journey.
Although born and raised in Southern California, Jocelyn and her husband fell in love with Colorado as soon as she passed her NCCPA board exam in 2008. They now love riding their motorcycles through the beautiful Colorado mountains. She also enjoys teaching their quick-witted son how things work in science and engineering and spoiling their three diva dogs.

ALEXIS HESS

MSPA, PA-C

Alexis Hess is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience managing complex medical patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, GA.

Her care philosophy centers on treating each patient as a unique individual. Believing that medicine is not a one-size-fits-all approach, Alexis is committed to creating personalized care plans for her patients. She values shared decision-making and prioritizes listening to her patients, recognizing that they are instrumental in implementing their own action plans. Alexis is dedicated to developing care strategies that promote health and improve her patients’ well-being.

After beginning her career in chronic disease management, Alexis now focuses on preventive medicine in Primary Care, aiming to help patients stop chronic diseases before they take hold. She also has a passion for Aesthetics and takes pride in helping her patients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

A Colorado native, Alexis has returned to her home state after practicing medicine in Savannah, GA. During her free time, she enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer, traveling, and immersing herself in diverse cultures to experience the beauty of the world.

Rebecca is a licensed Physician Assistant with the Colorado Medical Board. With a background in family medicine, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the critical role preventative care, disease management, and patient education play in promoting long-term health and wellness. Central to her approach is building strong, trusting patient relationships that empower individuals to take an active role in their health journey. Rebecca also specializes in non-surgical aesthetic procedures, which she views as a form of preventative medicine. Her approach focuses on supporting graceful aging while enhancing and preserving each individual’s natural beauty. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved Great Dane.
