Botox Party House Rules
- A minimum of 6 clients must be in attendance and must receive BOTH treatments to receive Botox event rates and rewards.
- A signed consent and completed medical intake form will be required for anyone planning to receive treatment.
- The host or hostess can use complementary units earned the evening of the social or within 6 months of the event.
